How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

You get instant access to 80+ action-focused training, with monthly guidance on what to focus on, alongside quarterly roadmapping so you know exactly what you need.

It might be a membership, but you aren't left to get on with it without guidance or structure!

What exactly will this help me achieve?

Let's start with a slightly different question - what do you want to achieve?

Your onboarding includes initial goal setting with a reset and review every 3 months. This is supported by monthly action-focused themes with spotlighted training.

That means you create your own bespoke 'course' using the training that exists.

To give you a flavour, the Training Vault includes:

I'm pretty busy - what if I can't attend sessions live?

Everything is designed to give you space to learn and take action, not to have loads to catch up on or attend.

Live attendance helps as you get to ask questions, speak to Masterminders and get accountability. But there aren't loads of them to commit to.

This may help:

Everything, except for the monthly Action Lab is recorded for replay (this is mostly a co-working and discussion session)
The core training is emailed to you, so everything else are nice-to-haves (not attending won't impede your results)
The community gives you constant access to Sumantha and the Mastermind community

Do you force long-term commitment? How long is the minimum time I have to join for?

My motto has always been to make it easy for people to leave, but hard for them want to :-)

I run my tuition business with this guiding principle too.

You can pay monthly and cancel any time.

Warning: most Masterminders stay in excess of 2 years and switch to annual membership as it's more cost-effective!

But you'll never be forced. This is your space to learn and take action, use it as you need.
